Urban Parking Concepts LLC in conjunction with our partner Rothary Parking Storage of Switzerland designs and builds state-of-the-art automated parking systems. We apply a “Three Motion Technology” approach to our automated parking garage designs. The conveyor system powered by three motion technology allows simultaneous movements in all 3 dimensions, one vertical motion and two horizontal motions. This simultaneous action decreases parking cycle times, increases customer convenience and offers added security.
Automated Parking Systems Reduce the Cost to Build a Parking Garage An automated parking system requires 50% less space to handle the same number of vehicles as compared to a conventional manual parking systems. Based on the configuration, automated parking systems require less real estate than conventional garages, thereby significantly reducing the overall cost of the garage construction. Through the use of a cylinder or tower construction design this allows vehicles to be parked in a vertical configuration as compared to a horizon configuration with manual parking systems.
